Meet Eliza – Your Friendly Osteopath in Carnegie & Oakleigh for Migraines, Back Pain, and More
Eliza is a passionate and caring osteopath who loves helping her patients understand their bodies and empowering them to reach their goals. Whether it’s reducing pain, improving mobility, or building strength and stability, she takes a hands-on approach to guide you every step of the way. Her mission? To make sure you feel supported and on the path to lasting recovery – no matter your challenge!
Eliza treats a broad range of conditions but has a particular interest in chronic back pain, migraines, and sports injuries. To stay at the top of her game, she’s completed advanced studies in dry needling and tendinopathy treatment and management. Eliza’s always learning, so you can be sure you’re getting the most up-to-date, effective treatments available.
Eliza’s passion for osteopathy began during her teenage years when she suffered an ACL and achilles injury while playing representative netball. The experience of dealing with a significant injury sparked her interest in rehabilitation and the importance of prevention. It was through her recovery process that she discovered osteopathy and decided to pursue it as a career to help others with similar challenges. During her studies, Eliza worked as a sports trainer for the Manningham Cobras Football Club, where she gained hands-on experience treating acute injuries and offering rehabilitation advice to athletes.
When she’s not helping patients, Eliza loves exploring Victoria’s stunning waterfalls and forest walks, always on the lookout for new adventures. At home, you’ll find her cuddled up with her adorable Cavoodle, Lola, and her chilled-out Ragdoll cat, Henry, enjoying a good movie or TV show. (Bonus points if it’s something with a plot twist!)
